Bosch GPT 18V-32 18v Cordless Pipe Fitting Press Tool
The Bosch GPT 18V-32 is an 18V cordless pipe fitting press tool delivering 32 kN of pressing force, designed for professional plumbers and heating engineers working with both metal and plastic pipework.
With support for plastic fittings up to 110 mm and metal fittings up to 54 mm, this tool handles a wide range of common pipe sizes in a single unit. Rapid pressing cycles complete in under 5 seconds depending on pipe diameter, helping tradespeople work efficiently across busy installations.
The 360° rotatable head makes it straightforward to manoeuvre in confined spaces such as pipe runs behind panels or in tight service voids. An extra-bright worklight aids visibility in poorly lit areas, while a status LED provides clear visual feedback on each pressing cycle — confirming a successful press or alerting the operator to potential errors.
Compatible with Bosch standard press jaws, R-System press jaws, and Bosch-approved press jaws, the GPT 18V-32 integrates fully with the Bosch Professional 18V System and the AMPShare multi-brand battery platform. A dedicated battery protection cover adds resilience during site use.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
