Bosch GRG 18V-16 C 18v Cordless Brushless Pop Rivet Gun
The Bosch GRG 18V-16 C is an 18V cordless brushless pop rivet gun designed for professional riveting across construction, HVAC, automotive, and façade applications. With a maximum pull force of 16,000 N, it delivers performance comparable to a pneumatic tool — without the compressor, hoses, or complex setup.
Powered by Bosch's 18V battery platform, a single charge is sufficient to pull over 1,000 rivets, making it well suited to high-volume production and installation work. The brushless motor contributes to greater efficiency and reduced maintenance compared to brushed alternatives. A tool status indicator on the HMI display keeps operators informed at a glance.
The gun handles rivet diameters from 3 mm to 6.4 mm, accommodating a wide range of material combinations including stainless steel in heavy-duty applications. Two riveting modes — AUTO and MANUAL — allow the operator to work in whichever style suits the task. Four nose pieces are included in the box (3.0/3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8/5.0 mm, and 6.4 mm), along with a nose piece wrench, hanging ring, mandrel container, and belt clip.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
