Bosch PRO S1025VF Metal Cutting Reciprocating Sabre Saw Blades

The Bosch PRO S1025VF is a bi-metal reciprocating saw blade engineered for demanding metal demolition work, offering up to 3x longer life than the Bosch S1122BF blade.

Built with a thick-gauge HCS body and hardened HSS teeth bonded through bi-metal welding, this recip blade delivers the combination of flexibility and cutting hardness that metal demolition requires. The thick blade profile adds rigidity, helping maintain straight, controlled cuts through tough materials.

The advanced Bosch Vario tooth design features a variable tooth pitch of 10–14 TPI, enabling a smoother, more efficient cutting action across a range of material thicknesses. This makes the S1025VF well suited to medium-thick to thick sheet metals, as well as thin and thick-walled pipes and profiles.

Fitted via the universal S-shank, this blade is compatible with all S-shank reciprocating saws, making it a practical choice for contractors and metalworkers already running a variety of recip saw platforms on site.
