Bosch PRO S1225VF Metal Cutting Reciprocating Sabre Saw Blades

The Bosch PRO S1225VF is a bi-metal reciprocating sabre saw blade engineered for demanding metal demolition work, capable of cutting medium-thick to thick sheet metals and pipes up to 250mm.

Built for longevity and performance, the S1225VF pairs a thick-gauge HCS carbon steel body with hardened HSS teeth through bi-metal welding — a construction that delivers the flexibility needed to resist blade fatigue while maintaining a cutting edge hard enough to tackle tough metal profiles. Bosch claim it lasts up to 3x longer than the S1122BF blade.

The 300mm (12") blade features Vario toothing with a 10–14 TPI pitch, making it well suited to cutting varied material thicknesses in a single blade. It is compatible with all S-shank reciprocating saws, fitting most major brands used on site.
