Bosch PRO T1018AFP Metal Sandwich Cutting Jigsaw Blade

The Bosch PRO T1018AFP is a specialist jigsaw blade designed for cutting metal sandwich panels, delivering precise, clean cuts through hard, multi-layered materials.

Constructed from bi-metal (BIM) material, the blade combines a high-speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded to a more flexible high-carbon steel (HCS) body. This combination provides the strength and resilience needed for demanding cuts through composite metal panels, while helping the blade resist breakage and maintain performance over repeated use.

At 250mm in length, the blade is capable of cutting workpieces up to 150mm thick, making it well suited to cutting thicker metal sandwich cladding and panelling. The increased blade thickness reduces flex, keeping cuts straight and true — particularly useful when accuracy is critical or when working at an angle.

The fine 23 TPI wavy-set, milled teeth produce a neat finish on metal sandwich panels, minimising burring and surface damage. The blade fits all T-shank jigsaws and is recommended for use with Bosch GST 150 and GST 160 models.
