The Bosch PTFE Flat Pleated Filter is a replacement filter designed for use with compatible Bosch GAS 35 and GAS 55 series dust extractors, offering reliable filtration across a wide range of demanding site applications.

Constructed from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with an additional specialist coating, this flat pleated filter is engineered for very dust-intensive environments. Its rot-proof construction makes it insensitive to moisture, and it is specifically recommended for contractors who frequently switch between wet and dry vacuuming.

With a dust collection rate of 99.9%, this filter is well suited to dust classes L and M. It handles mineral and abrasive dusts with high residual moisture, green concrete, paint and tile adhesive residues, and contaminated liquids such as cooling, lubricating, or cutting fluids. It is also appropriate for moist industrial waste from food and construction industries, though it is not suitable for use with acids or oils.

Compared to standard PES filters, the PTFE material offers a longer service life, making it a more economical long-term choice for tradespeople working in high-output environments with fibrous or problematic dry dusts.
