Bosch Router Template Guide Bush

The Bosch Router Template Guide Bush runs along a template, transferring its shape onto the workpiece. It is indispensable when working with templates, and the quick-fastening Bayonet lock allows rapid, tool-free changing. Available in sizes from 13mm to 40mm, so you can choose the guide that suits your template and router bit combination.

When making a template for use with a guide bush, you must take into account the distance between the guide and the router bit. This distance is calculated with the following formula: (diameter of template guide (K) – diameter of router bit (F))/2. Allowing for this offset when you make the template helps the finished cut match the shape you intended.

A practical accessory for joiners, carpenters and fitters who need to repeat the same shape accurately, this template guide makes switching between guides quick and straightforward on site or in the workshop.
