The Bosch U234 X Progressor Wood Cutting Jigsaw Blades are high carbon steel jigsaw blades designed for clean, straight cuts in both thick and thin wood materials.

The progressive tooth geometry — with a tooth pitch that increases incrementally from 2 to 3mm — allows the blade to perform across a wide range of material densities. This makes it equally well suited to cutting delicate thin panels and heavier, denser stock without needing to change blades. The long 108mm blade length supports cuts in materials from 2mm up to 65mm thick.

Clean cutting performance is achieved through a combination of three distinct design elements: a taper-ground blade body, precision-ground teeth, and a multiple-ground Japan Tooth geometry. Together, these reduce blade deflection and help maintain accuracy throughout the cut. Suitable materials include softwood, chipboard, wood core plywood, and fibre board.
