The Bosch X431 Standard Flap Disc for Metal is engineered to deliver a consistently good finish when grinding edges, welded seams, and coarse-sanded metal surfaces. Its semi-friable aluminium oxide grit is both robust and wear-resistant, ensuring reliable, even results across a wide range of metalworking applications.

The sturdy x-cloth backing provides excellent stability during grinding, while the fully synthetic resin bonding offers outstanding durability in heavy-duty use. Compatible with standard angle grinders via a 22.23mm bore, the carrier plate is available in angled and straight versions in both fibreglass and plastic.

Available in 115mm and 125mm diameters, with grit sizes ranging from 40g to 120g, there is a variant to suit every stage of your metalworking process.
