The DeWalt D27300 is a professional planer thicknesser designed for workshop use by joiners, carpenters and serious woodworkers. This robust 2100 watt machine combines surface planing and thicknessing capabilities in a space-efficient integrated design, making it ideal for dimensioning timber and preparing stock for joinery projects.

Built with a large 1000 × 260mm extruded aluminium surface planing table, the D27300 delivers high accuracy when preparing timber faces and edges. The substantial aluminium fence allows accurate bevel angles during surface planing operations, whilst the 500 × 250mm thicknesser table handles stock up to 160mm thick with a consistent 5m/min feed rate.

Safety features include a no-volt release switch, motor overload protection, and a microswitch-equipped cutter block guard that prevents operation when the guard is removed. The 100mm dust extraction port connects to workshop extraction systems for cleaner working conditions. The machine is supplied complete with HSS knives, blade setting gauge, adjustable fence, push stick and leg set, providing everything needed for immediate use in professional joinery and carpentry workshops.
