I bought one of these as it sounded like a great idea. my son saw it and pinched it, he is a mercedes / bmw mechanic. he uses it several times a week and now swears by it. so like the kind farther i am i just bought another. we all have experienced limited access with ratchets and probably tried various options, this is the answer. rather than swinging the ratchet, you just swivel / turn the handle. then it works just like a normal ratchet to tighten fully. incredible.... several other mechanics in the dealership have bought one. it feels very well made and has stood up to everything thrown at it so far. if you are considering it, i would say just buy one!
