This 18v lithium-ion system forms part of the Power For All Alliance, one of the largest cross-brand battery platforms available, offering exceptional compatibility and versatility.
Originally developed for Bosch Home & Garden cordless tools, the Power For All 18v system has expanded to support products from multiple manufacturers including Gardena, Bosch, Gloria, Wagner and Rapid. This cross-brand compatibility means you can power a wide range of tools with a single battery system, reducing the need for multiple batteries and chargers whilst being more environmentally friendly.
The starter kit includes a 2.5ah lithium-ion battery paired with the AL 1830 CV charger, which comes fitted with a 240v UK mains plug ready for immediate use. Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
