The sprinkler is easy to use and does not require any technical know-how. Each sprinkler has the option of individually setting the range between 8 and 18 metres, and can be set so that it only waters on one side if required. Since the Aqua L is likely to spend a great deal of time outdoors, high-quality materials have been used to protect it against UV radiation, and frost protection safeguards against damage on cold spring mornings.

Gardena have taken care to ensure that it is easy to clean the Aqua L sprinkler. A metal filter is built into the water connection, which can be removed and simply rinsed off under running water. In addition, any lime deposits can be removed from the sprinkler nozzles by poking them out with an included needle which is situated inide a screw cap on the unit so it is always to hand.
