We bought this to allow splitting of quantities of timber for home use. delivered promptly, evertything included for rapid assembly with clear instructions. Had assembled and ready for use in 20 minutes including gathering block, drill and extension lead. it performs absolutely superbly! Dont know if i would want to use it all day on a full time application, getting a little too old for all the bending down to collect split logs! very simple, very well made and comprehensively supplied, excellent for splitting logs!!!

Truly excellent product a pleasure to use. Made with top quality materials. Highly recommended and good value. I only gave it 4 stars for value because i see that it is now £10 less than i paid for it!

Wish i had known about the smart splitter before buying a splitting axe, as i would have saved money, time, miss hits & slices. I have been using the smart splitter every week since first getting it last september, what used to take me all day to split, now takes a couple of hours using the smart splitter. Excellent piece of kit.

From the moment go it was a success. just had to find a log to fit it into and get on with the job. Nice little feature was being able to chop sticks. my brother in law was impressed with it and as a result my wife sent him one as a birthday presant through your company which went without a hitch.
