Makita DC18RD 18v Twin Charger and 2 Li-ion Batteries 3ah
The Makita DC18RD Twin Charger Kit includes two BL1830 18v 3.0Ah Li-ion batteries and a dual-port fast charger, providing a complete power solution for tradespeople working across the Makita 18v LXT cordless range.
The DC18RD fast charger can charge two slide-style Li-ion batteries simultaneously in the same time a single-port charger takes to charge one — charging two 3.0Ah batteries in just 22 minutes. A USB port on the front of the unit also provides 1.5A output for charging smartphones, tablets, and other devices on site.
The BL1830 batteries offer significant advantages over older battery technologies, delivering 430% more working capacity over their lifetime compared to Ni-Cad, and weighing 40% less than equivalent Ni-MH batteries. Minimal power depletion during use or storage makes these batteries a reliable choice for contractors and tradespeople who need consistent performance throughout the working day.
Important: These batteries will NOT fit the following models: BSS501, BCS550, BPB180, BJV180, BGA452, BGD800, BGD801, BJN161, BJS161, BPJ180, BJV180, BGA452.
