Makita DC64WA 64v Max Cordless Battery Charger
The Makita DC64WA is a dedicated 240V mains-powered charger designed for Makita's 64V Max cordless battery platform. This professional-grade charger delivers efficient charging for 64V batteries, fully recharging a 4.0Ah battery pack in approximately 120 minutes, making it ideal for contractors and tradespeople who need reliable battery turnaround during extended work periods.
The charger features an intuitive three-stage LED charging indicator system that provides clear visibility of the charging status. During the initial charging phase (0-80%), a red indicator lamp illuminates, whilst at 80-100% capacity both red and green lamps light up. Once charging is complete, the display switches to a solid green light, providing clear confirmation that the battery is ready for use.
Battery installation is straightforward - simply place the battery onto the charger where it snaps securely into position. A press-release hook mechanism holds the battery firmly during charging and allows quick removal when needed. Charging performance may vary depending on ambient temperature (optimal range 10°C - 40°C) and the existing condition of the battery pack.
