Makita DUN461W 18v LXT Cordless Telescopic Pole Hedge Trimmer 460mm
The Makita DUN461W is an 18v LXT cordless telescopic pole hedge trimmer designed for professional reach and versatility. Part of the renowned Makita 18v LXT battery platform, this long-reach trimmer extends to just over 2.5 metres in length when fully deployed, making it ideal for tackling tall hedges and difficult-to-reach areas without the need for ladders.
The telescopic shaft allows you to adjust the tool's length to suit the task at hand, whilst the adjustable head features 10 angle positions ranging from 60° tilt-up to 75° tilt-down from horizontal. The slide-type front grip position is fully adjustable, ensuring personal comfort during extended use. A reverse rotation system cleverly frees the blade when jammed by thick branches, minimising downtime and frustration.
This telescopic pole hedge trimmer is available in configurations with or without battery and charger.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
