Makita GA022G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Angle Grinder 115mm
The Makita GA022G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Angle Grinder delivers professional-grade performance with 115mm wheel capacity, making it ideal for continuous heavy-duty cutting and grinding applications. Powered by Makita's revolutionary 40v XGT Li-Ion battery technology, this grinder combines a brushless motor with advanced battery engineering to deliver power equivalent to 1000w class AC models.
The tool features intelligent safety systems including Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) that automatically shuts down the grinder if rotation speed suddenly drops, protecting both operator and tool. The Auto Start Wireless System (AWS) connects via Bluetooth to compatible dust extractors, automatically activating extraction when the tool is switched on for cleaner working conditions.
Operator control is enhanced through variable speed control dial (3,000-8,500rpm), soft start function, and electric brake for precision work. The tool-less wheel cover adjusts to any desired position for maximum versatility, whilst the detachable auxiliary handle ensures comfortable operation. Anti-restart function provides additional safety protection.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
