The Makita GA028G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Paddle Switch Angle Grinder is a professional-grade 115mm grinder powered by revolutionary XGT Li-ion battery technology. Designed for continuous heavy-duty cutting and grinding applications, this tool delivers optimum performance through the seamless integration of battery and brushless motor technology.
The grinder features a variable speed control dial offering no-load speeds from 3,000-8,500rpm, providing precise control for different materials and applications. The safety paddle switch ensures enhanced user protection, whilst the detachable auxiliary handle allows for comfortable operation in various positions. Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) automatically shuts down the tool if rotation speed suddenly slows, protecting both user and machine.
The Auto Start Wireless System (AWS) connects via Bluetooth to compatible dust extractors, automatically activating extraction when the switch is engaged. The tool-less wheel cover is quickly adjustable to any desired position, and the electric brake stops the wheel rapidly when the trigger is released. This grinder is available in three kit configurations, from bare unit to complete kits with batteries and charger.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
