Because I already had batteries and lead for my hybrid mower it worked out to be a good price for me to buy the Ryobi RLT1831H hybrid otherwise I would have bought the standard cordless one for about a tenner less, anyway it works like it should do but with the weather being less than favourable I have not been able to give it a good workout yet so can't give a decent impression of it at the moment, quality is as good as you'd expect from ryobi tools and because it folds twists and shrinks if you will it takes up less room in my shed

With the small li battery it needs more than one ideally although it can always be plugged in of course. slightly more powerful on mains anyway. With bigger garden the freedom of battery is really good - just plug in if you need to clear a well over-grown area perhaps.
