Stanley Fatmax V20 SFMCCS630 18v Cordless Chainsaw 300mm
Featuring a 30cm bar and 7.7m/s chain speed for fast, efficient cutting, this cordless chainsaw is part of the Stanley FatMax V20 system and can be powered by any Stanley FatMax V20 battery. Tool-free chain tensioning and auto-oiling systems make the tool especially convenient to use, and a rapid acting chain brake safety mechanism brings the chain to a complete stop in less than a second in the event of a kickback. The lightweight, compact design helps to ensure comfortable handling with less fatigue, and rechargeable batteries make a much more user-friendly alternative to power cords or petrol. With none of the safety risks of trailing power leads in the work area and none of the hassle of buying, storing and mixing fuel, all you have to do is charge your batteries in between uses and your chainsaw is always ready to go whenever you need it.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Chainsaws
