I’ve used these saws for years, they are fantastic. The perfect saw for pruning branches of shrubs and trees which are too big for a pair of loppers but which don’t require a large saw. The cut is incredibly clean, as mentioned in one of the previous reviews. Make sure you close the blade when not using it, as the teeth are incredibly sharp. Not a good idea to use it to for cutting roots, as stones/grit quickly blunt the points of the teeth. I know because I’ve done it. Service from Tooled-Up excellent. I ordered it yesterday, standard delivery, and it arrived this morning.

Purchased this for my mum to use for little tasks around the garden. She says it is easy to use, with a nice locking mechanism, it seems well made and she is very happy with this little saw.

Replacements for an ARS saw that I had bought years ago. They are still the best saw on the market and the price is so reasonable. The blades cut on the push and pull but you have to be careful that you wear leather gloves to protect your hands and eye protection if you are cutting above you line of vision.

Purchased this after someone had recommended ARS tools. It is quite small but but effective and easy to use, I would definitely recommend this saw to anyone, especially a lady who doesn’t want anything too big or heavy, cuts through branches with ease.

The ars folding saw is an excellent tool. It is, in fact, one of the earliest though not necessarily the best known of folding pruning saws. It is incredibly sharp and produces a superbly crafted smooth cut and because of its size can get in to places other larger saws could struggle with.

A really good tool i have had one for years but it needed replacing due to blade damaged by stones when cutting roots. Brilliant pruning saw leaves a nice clean cut and is easy to use, the blade locks securely so no fear of it biting you. Well recommended.

I ordered the ars turbo cut folding pruning saw for my husband and he thinks its ace. was unable to find a replacement blade for his old saw so ordered a new saw. as i have seen from another review it seems the replacement blades are more expensive than a new saw anyway.

I have used the ars 210 dx turbocut since 1986 and only purchased a new one because i couldn't get a replacement blade cheaper than buying the whole thing new. ars blades are better then felco in my opinion. I just wish i could get hold of a sharpener to keep it going longer. The turbocut is the ideal size for anything up to 4"-5" width. Is great for diy. Cuts beautifully and stows very neatly in your pocket. The best but replacement blades are hard to find and too pricey when you do find them.
