Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

surprised how light the unit is compared to other B&D units, once adjusted for my size and balance, this is comfortable and a pleasure to use Did the whole of my 10 rod allotment paths on one battery, and they were well overgrown Overall very pleased.
Well, I've been using Black and Decker garden tools for a few years now, and the battery went flat without any warning. I charged it up which didn't take as long as usual so I assumed it was kaput. Which indeed it was. The new one from Tooled-Up arrived the day after I ordered it (Amazing!) I charged it up and put it to use in my B&D hedge trimmer which is now as-good-as-new.
Does the job, strimmer works well with it, charge lasts quite well
