Bosch Dust Extraction Adaptor for GST Jigsaws

Purchased for a GST18VLIS body grip jigsaw. Price wise, could have been a little better, but this was the nearest I could find without importing from the EU. Other reviews especially on bosch's own website state that this does have a few minor issues and yes, they are there. So you are aware, this is a pivoting extractor fitting, so that when it fits on a cordless jigsaw, the hose can be left or right of the battery pack, especially important for the body grip jigsaw as the battery is near flush to surface, so a hose couldn't fit under the battery if you tried. One of the weaknesses is the fact that there is no gasket inside the mount where the fixture can move left or right, air can escape making the extraction not as efficient as it should be. That said, it's a lot better than loads of dust everywhere. I suppose you can't have everything and this is where bosch does have a weakness when it comes to dust management. Other than this, a good buy, needed to control dust, so either way, it'll do the job.
