Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

The product is a very efficient 36v charger and has been an excellent replacement for my old one. However, the picture on Amazon website is of my old model, hence the purchase. The new one looks completely different. I was obviously delighted that it works fine but was initially confused that the wrong one had been sent. Some explanation to this might avert any future confusion.

Excellent so far, but clearly it is brand new so can't review the longevity. Service from tooled up was amazing - ordered Saturday evening and arrived on Tuesday morning at standard delivery cost.

All was fine until the red light with a ! In a triangle came on. The room smelled of TCP and it was lucky we caught it before it caught on fire. This can not be a genuine product. It’s lasted for 3 charges. Thoroughly disappointed. Suggest you avoid buying this product from tooled-up.
