Unfortunately I had to return the Base Plate as it did not fit my machine, the Fault was MINE and NOT TOOLED-UP I did not see any point in trying to make something fit that was not made for its intended job , the base plate was sent and arrived on time I have no complaints with tooled-up at all. tigercub33

Q : Will this fit a JCB -SS280 1/3 sheet sander
A : Hi Jean, I’m afraid this is not something I’m able to confirm - I suppose if the mounting holes look like they’re in the same place there’s a chance it will fit? I’m not sure how likely this is though.
Q : Do you know if this Backing Pad/plate will fit a Parkside PSS 310 sander.
A : Unfortunately this is not something I'm unable to confirm, although I think I would be surprised if it was an exact fit.
Q : Is it self adhesive to stick to sander ? Thanks
A : Hi Darren, ordinarily you would screw these types of backing pads onto the machine (most of the holes are for dust extraction but some of them line up with mounting points for screws). The sanding sheets themselves then get stuck on or taken off via the hook and loop surface of the pad.
