Bosch GWS 18-125 PC 18v Cordless Connect Ready Angle Grinder 125mm

The GWS 18-125 PC is an 18v cordless grinder which can deliver equivalent performance to a 1000w corded tool if used with the new Bosch ProCORE batteries thanks to its highly efficient brushless motor. This machine is also Connection Ready, meaning it can be upgraded at any time with a Bosch Bluetooth module (eg the GCY 30-4) to access additional functions via smartphone or tablet. Built to heavy duty specifications for durability in industrial environments, the GWS 18V-125 PC is also engineered to deliver high levels of user protection and has a number of built in safety features. Firstly the PROtection switch, a paddle style switch on the underside of the housing, ensures the machine is instantly switched off as soon as pressure is released; additionally, a built in drop sensor will switch the tool off it it detects it has been dropped, helping to safeguard against the hazards of an uncontrolled live grinder in the workplace. The machine is also restart protected, meaning it will not stay 'on' while changing batteries, and must always be started up by manually activating the switch. While using the grinder, a kickback control sensor will shut off the motor in the event that it detects binding conditions, and the robust anti-rotation Protection Guard is built to withstand disc bursts as well as providing general protection against spinning accessories and sparks.
