Greenworks G40TL 40v Cordless Cultivator 250mm
The Greenworks G40TL is a 40V cordless cultivator designed for breaking up and aerating garden soil without the hassle of petrol engines or trailing cables.
Running on Greenworks' 40V lithium-ion battery platform, the G40TL delivers genuine cultivating performance in a lightweight, manoeuvrable package. It's well suited to preparing vegetable beds, loosening compacted soil, and working compost or fertiliser into existing borders.
With no fuel mixing, engine maintenance, or power socket required, the G40TL can be used anywhere in the garden. When the job is done, simply recharge the battery ready for the next session.
Please note this model is supplied as a cultivator only — no battery or charger is included. It is compatible with Greenworks G-MAX 40V 2Ah and 4Ah batteries, and with chargers from the wider 40V cordless range. Batteries and chargers are available separately.

Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
