Quality of product excellent. price was best i could find anywhere. not sure what happened to delivery credibility as the tracker showed delivery to be next day but product arrived 2 days later. It didn't affect the product, but could be an area for improvement.

Did exactly what it said on the tin: excellent quality and simplicity itself to use. A tad expensive but it shows in the quality and the fact it's one of only a handful that have such a long reach, at almost 4m. Tooled-up service was second to none. Fast and highly informative with delivery progress d clearly and often, by both email and sms. Made planning for being in to receive it child's play. Both the product and its supplier are highly recommended by me - and i've no other connection with either company.

Does everything i hoped for and more.I have cut 6" branches (damson), at near full extension, with ease.

This is a really useful tool. the saw is very sharp and can be used on its own as a hand saw. it is reasonably light and cuts through 4" branches quite quickly. the press button telescopic handle is much better than the twist-lock type.
