I won't be using this until the spring, so the performance rating is based on the reviews I've read. The instruction aren't good but I got it assembled without too much bother. Everything about it seems to be solid and well made and I expect it to last many years. The price is high but when you look at the build quality and design and consider it's likely longevity, it doesn't seem unreasonable. It's cutting range from 1" - 4" is great and the height adjustment is easy. I will no longer have the bother of an electric cable getting tangled up in the plants and look forward to using it in the new year. Very happy with my purchase, the price and the prompt delivery,

Why burn fossil fuels when you can use this and get some aerobic exercise at the same time! It cuts excellently. We let the grass get very long to give the insects a chance, so we strimmed it shorter after the wildflowers had seeded and then used the Fiskars to shorten and neaten the grass. This is a great machine.

Very pleased with the purchase. Decided on hand push option as it doesn't pollute the environment and no need to worry about fuel. Must say that my lawn had very tall grass, despite, this lawnmower did a great job. Lawn never looked so neat before. I would say that it is very well built, compact, height can be easily adjusted, handle very comfortable to hold. Recommended

Pretty impressive as a push-along mower, and very good value for £160 when you take into account the cost of buying and running a petrol machine. This feels like it should last many years. There's not much to go wrong and the build quality is very good - much better than pictures of it suggest. The cylinder position is adjustable to compensate for blade wear as on a professional cylinder mower. It would be nice if it were supplied with a hopper to collect grass. I was tempted to buy one available for it but was put off by horrendous reviews!

I am so glad i bought this lawn mower. mowing the lawn has never been so serene. this is such a great piece of kit and because the children (22 years old and younger) find mowing the lawn manually such a novelty, there is a never ending line of enthusiastic participants to mow the lawn. this is one of my best purchases and i am sure it will be of great use for many years to come.

Can't remove stars from reliability -- too soon to know! thoroughly satisfied with the machine, excellent design and quality.
