Q : What is the difference between UP86 and UPX86?
A : Hi Keith, the UP86 was replaced by the UPX86 and is no longer being manufactured. If you notice there's a note on the product page on our website that says if you order it you'll receive the UPX86, which is essentially the same only with the newer Powergear mechanism for increased cutting force. However some of the older accessories which were designed for the UP86 may not work with the UPX86

This product carries a product lifetime manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship for the expected life of the product as defined by the manufacturer, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
Lifetime warranties may have specific limitations such as certain parts being covered only. Please check your documentation for full details and any downloads available on the product page itself for further information.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
