Clearly a quality piece of kit. The cheap and cheerful one I had before wasn't bad, but the pole used to bend, and jaws couldn't be angled to cut vertical twigs. Adjusting the angle of the jaws on this is very easy, and the mechanism is all hidden inside the pole, with a bit of bike chain emerging near the jaws. Theres no saw attachment for thicker branches,. The pole is pretty damned long! Any longer and it would be unmanageable: it starts to feel heavy once you've been using it for a while. Still, saves going to the gym ha ha.

Very quick and efficient service. Great tree pruner, cuts extremely well and is easy to use.

Great piece of kit...light enough for an oldish woman to use. I removed the silicone guide on the cutter since it was a nuisance. Will be using this tool a lot for summer pruning. Nice clean cut and good balance. Arrived the day after ordering and cheaper than Amazon and free maintenance kit.

Absolute rubbish. An upgraded model of an earlier version. The new features added are rubbish and it was poorly designed. The handle slips off all too easily. There is no functioning locking nut to keep the head in place, unlike the original version. I wouldn't buy again
