Excellent delivery service. the hedge trimmer is well made strong and looks as though it will be reliable. have used it once, it coped well with a leylandi hedge that is 12 ft high at one end. The only critisism i would make is that the angle of the holding handle and battery do get in the way a little when dealing with the high hedge, but i do think it was a very good purchase.

I purchased this trimmer to deal with several totally overgrown bushes.It was ideal for the job, apart from the fact that it was so heavy i could not hold it up, and pressing the controls at the same time, was for me almost impossible.I presume being over seventy and small did not help. my young,strong, grandson did the job for me,but complained of the weight. I think a shoulder strap would probably be of help.

Very effective cutter, quieter than most. Second battery supplied was a good bonus. Easy to put together and take apart so storage is simple. blade guard could be more substantial as it is just a simple plastic boot which i suspect will not last long. seems a little heavy at first but once you get the technique right it isn't too onerous. I can cut suprisingly high with it as when the tool is directly above you the weight does not become an issue.

Brilliant service from tooled up had a problem with the blade set up but was dealt with quickly and efficiently and returned to me with in a week is now working well
